My favorite dish is the "Popeyes Gone Hollywood" It's made with ground turkey, sweet potato and spinach and is a delicious take on meat patties. I love that this chef has been sincerely healthy food for the type of person who strives for a healthy lifestyle but just doesn't have a lot of time for food prep. It's perfect to eat hot or cold and comes in a container you can heat up. From what I saw, there are 5 different dinner options that work great for lunch too. I'll definitely be back to try more!

I've been using this food service for several months now. The food is consistently delicious. I prefer the convenience to order all of my food for one delivery per week (which is included at no additional charge). I usually cannot eat all of the meals before they would expire in the refrigerator. So as an easy solution I simply freeze the meals I won't eat until later in the week to keep them fresh. It takes a few more minutes in the microwave to warm up but the convenience of 1 x per week delivery is worth it. In summary, this is the perfect meal solution because it tastes very good, its fast, healthy and affordable! I just switched from Fresh N Lean to Rocket Fresh and it's a HUGE upgrade. Look at the pic - the two meals on the left are from Fresh N Lean and the two on the right are from Rocket Fresh. Absolutely stoked - great portions, delicious Paleo options, and excellent value. And Garri is fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended.

If you're the kind of person who wants to support a locally owned, family business, but also wants to know that you're getting the best product, at the best price - this is absolutely the company for you. Their meals are delicious, the ingredients are supportive of my microbiome gut health needs/sensitivities, and the family-style service is the best I've seen in this meal delivery space. I've been a member for most of the major ones so far - and this is my absolute favorite client services experience. Thank you RocketFresh fam!

I started getting these meals at the gym and then quickly moved to having them delivered on a regular basis because I was getting such great results! The meals are extremely convenient, high quality, and arranged with ideal macronutrient ratios. Deliveries have always been on time and this service makes eating healthy so much easier. Highly recommend!

I have been getting meals delivered from Rocketfresh for approximately 6 months now. I switched from another meal prep delivery service because this is genuinely delicious and healthy food at an affordable price. The team is always on time with deliveries and clearly care about the quality of their food and service. Also they have consistently added/tested new items on their menu for their customers as well.
